- Prices include gas, water, electricity, heating, bedclothes, bath towels and kitchen towels (which are changed once a week) and the use of swimming pools, beach chairs and sunshades.
- Prices exclude the obligatory cleaning at the end of your visit. The costs for this cleaning amount to €12.50 per person (excluding children up to and including 12 years old).
Casa La Valle is include cleaning.

- During the high season, renting can only take place on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
- During the low season, the price per day amounts to € 35 per person with a minimum of 2 nights.
- On the day of your arrival, the apartments will be available as of 16:00.
- On the day of your departure, checking out should take place before 10:00.
- Costs for dinner amount to € 22 per person (including wine) and € 12 for children up to and including 12 years.
- An additional bed (if possible) can be added for € 75 per week.
- Renting a child’s bed costs € 30 per week.
- Renting an additional set of bath towels costs € 7,50 per person.
- Renting an additional set of kitchen towels costs € 5.

~ General conditions ~
- A reservation can be submitted directly to Casale il Sogno or take place by a travel company. Someone making a personal reservation or a reservation for another person is severally liable for all obligations deriving from this agreement. The (other) traveller(s) is (are) responsible for his/her (their) own part.
- All information included in the specific reservation is part of the agreement. Reservations can be made in writing, by telephone or via the Internet. Agreements made both orally and in writing are binding.
- Within 1 week after having submitted the reservation, 25% of the total invoice should be paid as a deposit. Not later than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the remaining part should be paid. If reservations are made less than 6 weeks before the date of the arrival, the total amount of the invoice should be paid at once.
- The complete invoice excludes a cancellation insurance and a travel insurance. We advise you to take out insurance for this yourself.
- In case payment is not made on time, Casale il Sogno will send you notice of this in writing. You are then offered the possibility to pay the amount due within 5 working days. If we do not receive payment of the invoice, your reservation will be cancelled by us and we will charge you with the cancellation costs.
- A reservation can be cancelled or changed at all times. Alteration of a reservation should always be submitted in writing. A change of name is free of charge if the apartment, renting period and amount of persons stay the same.
- The cancellation costs equal the costs of the deposit (25% of the total invoice) in case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the date of arrival. If cancellation takes place up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival, it amounts to 50% and from that time on 100% of the total invoice.
- Upon arrival, € 200 has to be paid in cash as a deposit. The deposit will be paid back after your visit at the date of your departure or settled with possible other expenses that were made by you.
- In the description of each apartment, the maximum amount of persons per apartment is mentioned, which may not be transgressed in any case. In case of violation, Casale il Sogno is authorized to refuse access to the apartment without claiming restitution of the costs of the journey.
- Errors and mistakes in an agreement do not bind Casale il Sogno.
- The person renting an apartment is responsible for the proper treatment of the rooms and is liable for any possible kind of damage that is inflicted by the tenant or fellow travellers during his/her stay.
- The person renting an apartment is obliged to leave the apartment tidy and in good condition.
