“Rosso”
Suitable for 2 persons, located on the ground floor, 23 m².
An attractive apartment, a so-called ‘monolocale’, consisting of a living room/bedroom with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a private entrance. The apartment leads to the large terrace where apartment Rosa is located as well.

“Rosa”
Suitable for 2 persons, located on the ground floor, 23 m².
A characteristic apartment, a so-called ‘monolocale’, consisting of a living room/bedroom with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a private entrance. The apartment leads to the large terrace where apartment “Rosso” is located as well. This apartment can be combined with the “Verde” apartment.

“Verde”
Suitable for 2 persons, located on the ground floor,
24 m².
An authentic apartment, a so-called ‘monolocale’, consisting of a living room/bedroom with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a private entrance. This apartment used to be a stable. The old feeding trough and antique stable floor are still present. The terrace adjacent to this apartment offers you a lot of privacy. This apartment can be combined with the “Rosa” apartment.

“Bianco”
Suitable for 2 persons, located on the ground floor, 36 m².
A beautiful and very spacious apartment, a so-called ‘monolocale’, consisting of a living room/bedroom with a kitchen, a large sitting area, a bathroom with shower and a private entrance. This apartment is situated in one of the oldest parts of the casale dating from the Roman period and contains historic details. The spacious terrace adjacent to the apartment adjoins to the large back garden. There is sufficient space to accommodate one additional single bed.

“Terra”
Suitable for 4 persons, located on first floor, 54 m².
A grand apartment, a so-called ‘bilocale’, consisting of a large living room/bedroom with a kitchen. A splendid vacant space (an extra 15 m2), a bathroom with shower and an additional bedroom with a double bed. This apartment has a private entrance at the back side of the building. This entrance can be reached by the exterior stairs, a typical feature of houses in this region.

“Grigio”
Suitable for 2 (or 4) persons, located on the first floor, 35 m² (or 50 m²).
A wonderful apartment, a so-called ‘bilocale’, consisting of a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. This apartment has a private entrance at the back side of the building. This entrance can be reached by the exterior stairs, a typical feature of houses in this region. The apartment can be extended to a ‘trilocale’ consisting of an additional bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is enough room for one additional single bed.

“Blu”
Suitable for 4 (or 6) persons, located on the first floor, 72 m² (or 97 m²).
This very spacious apartment, a so-called ‘trilocale’, was the living space of the former owner. It consists of a large living room with a kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a private entrance at the front which can be reached by means of small exterior stairs with a large terrace in front of it. The apartment can be extended to a ‘quatrolocale’ with an additional bedroom containing a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is enough room for one additional single bed.

The apartments “Grigio” and “Blu” can be combined to one large family apartment for 8 persons. It is possible to add a child’s bed in all apartments.
